Ashley Munday is a strategic advisor and executive coach who works at the intersection of strategy, human dynamics, and execution. With over 25 years of experience, she partners with senior leaders and teams to address the conditions that determine whether decisions stick, plans translate into action, and organizations can move together through complexity.

Ashley has supported large-scale organizational transformation with global Fortune 500 companies, helping leaders align strategy, culture, and ways of working—particularly in innovation-driven, technical, and regulated environments. Her work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, leadership development, and systems thinking, and is known for combining depth with practical momentum.

She is certified at the Professional Coaching Mastery (PCM) level with Integral Coaching Canada and was mentored by Sir John Whitmore, co-creator of the GROW coaching model.

Jason is a relationship strategist and co-founder of Sentido Partners, a global consultancy that fosters high-value partnerships with Fortune 500 companies across a wide spectrum of industries. As Partnership Manager, he leads with attunement, tuning into the unique needs, cultures, and rhythms of each client to build trust and drive meaningful collaboration.

With 25 years as Owner and Director of a large-scale summer camp serving 1,500 campers and 400 staff, Jason developed a deep appreciation for the power of culture, coherence, and shared experience. His intuitive leadership created environments where staff and families felt seen, heard, and supported—skills that now resonate in his corporate work, where managing expectations and cultivating alignment are critical to success.

Jason’s approach is grounded in the belief that strong partnerships emerge from emotional intelligence, strategic clarity, and a commitment to mutual growth. Whether guiding a parent through a child’s transformative summer or navigating a multinational client relationship, he brings the same steady presence and thoughtful engagement to every interaction.

Dr. Yotam Heineberg is a Stanford-trained psychologist and a consultant in systemic resilience, culture transformation, compassion training, and stress/burnout reduction.

  • Clinical faculty: Works as a clinical faculty member at Palo Alto University's training clinic, where he mentors doctoral students from PAU and the PGSP-Stanford doctoral students in evidence-based psychotherapies, mainly CFT, Compassion Focused Therapy.

  • Psychotherapy practice: Runs a private practice in San Francisco, and via Zoom, where he offers evidence-based psychotherapy services, as well as executive coaching sessions.

She is a Master Certified Coach, a faculty member at New Ventures West, and a former McKinsey consultant. Anamaria holds an MBA from Yale and is the author of Life Re-Vision, winner of the Nautilus Book Award for her thought leadership in transformative learning. Based in the Colombian Andes mountains, she draws daily inspiration from the intersection of inner growth, collective alignment, and systemic change.

He has assessed over 250,000 employees worldwide, running hundreds of focus groups and culture diagnostics that have shaped mergers, transformations, and leadership strategies.

Andrés is known for translating complex cultural dynamics into clear insights leaders can act on, helping organisations strengthen trust, accountability, and collaboration.

He has worked across five continents with clients spanning financial services, technology, aviation, and humanitarian sectors.

Expert in Leadership Development at Scale, Author, and Integral Master Coach

Max brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of human development, service, and civic renewal, helping individuals and organizations cultivate courage, clarity, and purpose.

Max is dedicated to supporting leaders as they integrate shadow, deepen service, and expand their positive impact. His work bridges developmental psychology, integral theory, and practical leadership tools, guiding people to grow in ways that are both inwardly grounded and outwardly effective.

Previously, Max served as Chief Program Officer at the New Politics Leadership Academy, where he helped prepare military veterans and alumni of national service programs such as AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps to step into public leadership. Before that, he led leadership development efforts at City Year as Vice President of Leadership Development.

Max received his doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a focus on human development and leadership. He is an Inner Development Goals Ambassador, a frequent speaker and podcast host, and the author of Developing Servant Leaders at Scale: How to Do It and Why It Matters, published in 2025.

Based in Boston, he is committed to strengthening the inner capacities that allow leaders and communities to meet complexity with integrity, service, and courage.
